2018 AIMS User Conference Agenda

The AIMS User Conference will be held October 1st – October 3rd at the Hyatt McCormick Place in Chicago, IL.   Registration is now open.

2018 Conference Sessions Include:

Monday, October 1st:

Conference Check-In:  10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Administrative Training and Report Design Tools:  1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Evening Welcome Reception:  6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Opening Night Dinner and Networking:  7:00 pm – 9:30 pm

Tuesday, October 2nd:

Morning Breakfast Buffet: 8:00 am – 9:00 am

Hands-On AIMS Training: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Lunch: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

1:1 Technical Meetings with AIMS Development and Support Staff: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Evening Outing!

Wednesday, October 3rd:

Morning Breakfast Buffet: 8:00 am – 9:00 am

Customer Case Studies and Roundtable Discussions: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Lunch: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Hands-on AIMS Training: 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm.

AIMS users that attend the annual conference see the latest in AIMS enhancements, interact closely with EDC support staff, and network with fellow AIMS Users.   The conference kicks off with administrative training, followed by an evening networking reception and dinner.
