Tuesday, October 31st:

Tuesday’s conference agenda includes introduction and demonstration of AIMS Web Version 9, introduction of the AIMS Web Mobile App, and continuation of AIMS LPR Enforcement and Reporting.

Morning Breakfast Buffet: 8:00 am – 9:00 am

Introduction to AIMS Web E-Commerce Version 9:   9:00 am – 10:30 am

AIMS Web has been rewritten, utilizing a responsive design for ease-of-use on desktop, smartphone and tablet browsers.  AIMS Web Version 9 is available to all of our users as part of your annual support agreement.  

This session will include:

  • Demonstration of AIMS Web on Desktops, Tablets and Smartphones
  • Demonstration of all New Features and Navigation
  • AIMS Web Branding
  • Performance and Shopping-Cart Enhancements
  • Implementation Process/Technical Requirements

Intro to the AIMS Web E-Commerce App:   11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Attendees will be the first to see our AIMS Web Customer Portal app!  The app will be available for all smartphone platforms and provides all functionality included in AIMS Web.

This session will include:

  • Demonstration of AIMS Web App
  • Branding Capabilities
  • User Authentication Mechanisms
  • In-App Payments

Lunch:   12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

AIMS Integrated LPR:   1:00 pm – 2:30 pm

Last year's attendees took a spin in Georgia Southern's LPR equipped vehicle.  AIMS Integrated LPR now includes in-vehicle citation issuance, e-tickets, and comprehensive dashboards for automatic lot occupancy statistics, read and hit locations, and advanced searching.   Specific session topics will include:

  • Demonstration of AIMS 9 LPR Module
  • Customer Case Studies
  • Best Practices for LPR implementation
  • EDC’s On-Site LPR Hardware Installation and Configuration

AIMS 9 New Feature Overview and Demonstration:    2:30 pm – 3:30 pm

The 2016 User Conference focus was the browser-based version of AIMS 9.   A session will be dedicated to an overview of all new features available in AIMS 9.

AIMS User Roundtable and Q&A:  3:30 pm – 4:30 pm

This is an open session designed specifically for your questions with roundtable discussions of the way in which your organization utilizes AIMS.   Be prepared to share your organization’s unique business practices with other AIMS users.  

Wednesday, November 1st:

AIMS Hands-On Training Sessions:   9:00 am – 12:00 pm

This session includes hands-on training on all aspects of AIMS.   Attendees will receive training on enforcement and ticket management, permit management, reporting, letter generation and billing, system administration, and technical questions.

Training stations will be setup for each topic, with training facilitated by EDC staff.

Lunch:   12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
