AIMS requires that you have version 4.8 or higher of the Microsoft .Net Framework (full edition). The Microsoft .Net Framework version 4.8 is included by default with Windows. However, you can manually install the latest version of the Microsoft .Net Framework on any version of Windows using the installer below:
